Chris Leach is a chef and co-owner of Manteca restaurant in London. He worked and trained at Patrick Hannity’s award-winning restaurant The Lime Tree, where he learnt the importance of ethical and local produce. In 2015, he was named one of the 'next top chefs of London' by the Evening Standard in the London Restaurant Festival and was a runner up of the 2016 Tatler Restaurant Awards Rising Star Award. He was part of the opening team at Pitt Cue Co, where he worked developing his grill and barbecue skills, and has previously also worked at the two-Michelin starred Kitchen Table and restaurant Kitty Fisher’s.
