Angus D. Birditt is a food writer, photographer and founder of content platform Our Isles to celebrate the rural environment. He has written and photographed A Portrait of British Cheese, listed in the Financial Times, The Independent and BBC Food Programme's 'Top Books of 2022'. Angus writes and photographs on artisan food producers and farmers working alongside nature. He is also an award-winning curator, recently taking his exhibition Hedgerow to parliament to campaign for better managed hedgerows. He has worked for the Sustainable Food Trust, Farms to Feed Us and Pipers Farm and currently works at Pasture for Life.
