Former volunteers on the Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) network, Matt and Laura Elliott are new entrant tenant farmers in Sherborne, Gloucestershire. Farming regeneratively, they aim to bring environmental improvements to the land they farm. They sell Pasture for Life certified beef direct to customers through a beef box scheme and also biltong, lamb and honey delivered to local customers.
