Food, Farming, Fairness.
Colin Tudge
Colin Tudge is a biologist by education and a writer by trade with a lifelong interest in natural history, food, farming, politics and moral philosophy, and is co-founder of the Oxford Real Farming Conference and the College for Real Farming and Food Culture. In his latest book, The Great Re-Think, he argues that present food policies are now hopelessly at odds with the needs and true desires of humanity and are an ecological disaster – but that nothing can be put to rights ad hoc. To create the kind of agriculture and cuisine the world really needs we must also re-think the economy, the way we govern ourselves, science, and our underlying moral and spiritual assumptions.
