Jim is a full-time forager and wild food enthusiast. When he's not wandering around the woods looking for mushrooms, battling the elements to forage tasty coastal vegetables, or hiding away in his homebrew lab, he is director of Forage Box - a foraged food company whose mission is to show people how versatile, sustainable and delicious wild food can be. Through supplying fresh and small-batch ingredients, running educational workshops and even opening a 'wild food only' deli in Cheshire, his aim is to convince people that foraging is a worthwhile way to source their food.
