Abi Williams is project lead for the Food Ethics Council Dairy Project. The project aims to facilitate a shift to fairer, more ethical dairy systems by working collaboratively with farmers and others across the supply chain, identifying key changes needed, exposing current lock-ins and barriers and highlighting opportunities for positive farm-level transition. She has a background in sustainable agriculture, food security and rural policy and is passionate about the power of positive relationships in food and farming in catalysing change towards a fairer, sustainable and more resilient food system.
