Michael Barker is a journalist, editor and author who specialises in food and agriculture. He is currently contributing editor at the Fresh Produce Journal and is a former fresh foods editor of The Grocer magazine, as well as writing for a range of other food industry publications. He is also author of sci fi comedy The Improbable Tale of How I Saved the Universe.
