Nathan Einbinder is programme lead in the MSc course Regenerative Food, Farming, and Enterprise, at Schumacher College, south Devon. A native Californian, Nathan taught geography at San Diego State University before coming to England, and has been working with Indigenous Maya-Achí farmers in Guatemala for the past 15 years.
